Kokopu Cabin is a 2 bedroom Golden Bay bach in Pakawau Beach. This laid back kiwi bach enjoys a peaceful and private waterfront section, offering an easy base to get away from it all!

This low key Golden Bay bach includes open plan living that flows onto the deck... enjoy summer BBQ's and dine al fresco with tranquil bush surrounds. There is direct estuary access from the property, making this the perfect spot for kayaking, or simply enjoy strolls along the waterfront... you can kayak straight from the garden at high tide!

There are 2 bedrooms at this Golden Bay Bach, each fitted with a double bunk set. A sofa bed is available in the lounge when required.

Kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet, or head out for adventure... you will feel a world away, yet the bach is easy to get to and you are right by a beach and estuary! When you are not exploring the estuary there are some wonderful walks along Farewell Spit and along the cliffs to Wharariki Beach, as well as walks in Kaharangi National Park. Abel Tasman National Park is easily accessible too.

Summary: Good kiwi Bach. Great location and facilities. However service from Bach Care was inadequate, due to incorrect access number and accessibility to a person to enable us to get into the Bach.
